questions we get a lot.

  • do i need to know my exact birth time?

your birth time changes your rising sign and the houses your planets sit in, so it matters. that said, if you don't know it exactly, juuno will run with your best estimate. you can update it later in settings → edit your details.

if you really don't know and can't find out, set 12:00 noon. it's the conventional default and the reading will still feel like you.

  • how is this different from co-star, the pattern, or sanctuary?

shape. juuno is goal-first. you pick one thing to grow toward (a season), and the app paces a daily prompt against it. co-star is a vibe rating. the pattern is identity. juuno is practice.

tone. juuno isn't a snarky bot or a wellness brand. it talks to you the way a thoughtful friend who happens to know astrology talks to you. context, never claim.

your circle. up to five people who witness your season. no chat, no feed. one shared question on sundays.

  • what does pro unlock?

the full circle (up to five members), the year-ahead view, six home-screen widgets across every room, personalised monthly reflections written through your chart, and family sharing.

the daily prompt, your natal chart, the sunday reflection, and one affirmation a day are free, forever. if you only want a month of dailies written through your chart, there's a one-time unlock that doesn't auto-renew. prices for everything are set by the app store and shown in your local currency at purchase.

  • what is a "season"? why no streaks?

a season is roughly ninety days of growing toward one thing. you pick what (or write your own). juuno paces a daily prompt against that goal, through your chart. there is no streak counter and no levels — habit research is consistent that streaks make people quit faster after a single miss.

when ninety days are up, juuno writes you a quiet close-out. what shifted, what you're carrying forward. seasons branch; they don't fail.

  • does juuno send push notifications?

one a day. your reading lands in the morning, in your timezone. that's it. no marketing pushes, no streak nudges, no “you haven't opened the app in a while”.

if you'd rather have none, turn it off in settings → daily reading.

  • i added someone to my circle. will they know?

only if you share the invite link. when you add someone, the app generates a private link you can choose to share (through imessage, airdrop, anywhere) or not. juuno never delivers anything on your behalf.

if you do share the link and they open it, all they see is your display name and an accept-or-decline option. they never see your chart, your email, or any other identifier.

  • i removed someone. will they know?

    no. removing is silent.

  • how do i cancel my subscription?

open the settings app on your iphone → tap your apple id at the top → subscriptions → juuno → cancel.

cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. you keep pro until then.

  • i want a refund.

refunds are handled by apple, not by us. we never see your payment details. open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and submit a refund request.

if apple declines and you think the situation is unusual, email support@juuno.app and we'll see what we can do.

  • delete my account and data.

in-app: settings → account → delete account. takes up to 30 days for the deletion to fully propagate.

    or email support@juuno.app.

  • is juuno on android?

not yet. iphone-only for now. the lock-screen widget, the push timing, the room transitions, and the storekit unlocks all rely on rendering details we can only fully control on ios.

android is on the roadmap. no date promised.

  • my prompt repeats / is wrong / feels off.

prompts are partly machine-written, and machines aren't perfect. if a prompt feels wildly off, tap read more → under the prompt to see the underlying transit. we use feedback to improve the model.

and if a prompt is repetitive, please email support@juuno.app with a screenshot. we read every report.

  • i'm in crisis.

juuno isn't the right tool. please contact a real person.
